The role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated, highly organised and professional administrator to work with our Ranger and Parking Services (RPS) team within our Planning & Environment Division, based at our Central Depot in Cammeray.

As an Administration Officer within Ranger & Parking Services, you’ll provide accurate and efficient administrative support across a range of functions, including correspondence, records management, parking permits, court documentation and contractor administration. You’ll play an important role in ensuring information is accurate, processes are well managed and the team continues to provide a high level of service to the local community.

 

The person 

You’re an organised and detail-focused administrator who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. You’ll be confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines, have strong written communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively with others. You’ll bring initiative, a customer-focused approach and a willingness to identify opportunities to improve processes and support the team, along with a good sense of humour and a positive approach to working with others.

Salary range: $76,011 to $90,764 pa + 12% superannuation + $1,000 pa transport allowance 

35 hours per week with access to flexi time
