The Rural City of Wangaratta is searching for an inspiring and dedicated Childrens Services Centre 2IC, a leader who believes in the power of exceptional early years education and the impact it has on families and communities.

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Champion high quality learning experiences that help children flourish
• Support and collaborate with the Centre Coordinator and Educational Lead
• Guide, mentor, and empower a passionate team of educators
• Oversee daily operations and ensure a warm, welcoming, well run centre
• Build strong relationships with families and manage enrolments with care
• Contribute to a forward thinking, community focused service that is always evolving
