 Casual Cook | Waterhole Bar & Bistro – Kalgoorlie Golf Course

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Casual Cook to join our kitchen crew at the beautiful Kalgoorlie Golf Course! 

From weddings and corporate functions to major events and busy bistro services, there's always something happening at the Waterhole Bar & Bistro. 

This is a flexible, as-required casual position, perfect for someone looking to pick up additional shifts around their existing commitments. 

What's on the Menu? 

Assist with food preparation and service for weddings, functions and major events. 

Provide additional kitchen support during busy periods and staff leave. 

Prepare and present delicious, quality meals. 

Work alongside our Head Chef and friendly kitchen team. 

Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and presentation standards. 

What We're Looking for 

Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or catering environment. 

Relevant cookery qualifications or demonstrated industry experience. 

A positive attitude and strong work ethic. 

Someone who can jump in and hit the ground running! 

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and events when required. 

A team player who enjoys a fast-paced kitchen environment.

This is an as-required casual position, with shifts offered based on operational demands, event bookings, staff leave and busy service periods. Regular weekly hours are not guaranteed.
