The Group Fitness Instructor will plan and rehearse the group fitness class as required so that the program can be safely and enthusiastically delivered. A range of exercise options or levels to meet the needs of varying fitness levels within the class will be provided.
The following requirements are essential to be considered for the position:
• Ausactive Registered Fitness Leader
• Specialised group fitness program training such as Les Mills, aqua aerobics, Cert III in fitness, freestyle classes
• Resuscitation award
• Current Working with Children Check
Remuneration: base salary commencing at $32.25 gross per hour
+ 12% superannuation
+ annual performance-based salary increases / bonus (1-3.5%)
+ annual award increase
