The Waterhole Restaurant, located at the stunning Kalgoorlie Golf Course, is looking for a reliable and energetic Kitchen Hand to support our chefs and help keep the kitchen running like clockwork.

About the Role

This casual position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a dynamic hospitality environment. You'll be responsible for keeping the kitchen clean, assisting with prep, and supporting the team during busy service times.

Key Duties Include:

• Washing dishes, cleaning kitchen areas, and sanitising equipment

• Helping chefs with basic food prep

• Taking out rubbish and helping with deliveries and storage

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment

• Supporting during events, functions, and day-to-day trade

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone reliable, hardworking, and a great team player

• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Physically capable of manual tasks

• Hospitality experience a plus, but not essential

• Police clearance (or willingness to obtain)
