The Customer and Programs Officer role is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and coordinating, delivering and supervising sport, fitness and recreation programs at the Sports Complex, Thursday Island. The role supports the effective use of facilities and recreation spaces to promote participation, health and wellbeing within the community, while ensuring safe, compliant and professional service delivery.
