About the Role

As a Trainee Human Resources, you will support the People & Safety team across a range of core HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination and general HR administration. With guidance and support, you will develop practical HR skills while contributing to compliant, professional and people-focused service delivery across Council.

This role is designed to support your learning and development, ensuring you gain hands-on experience while successfully completing your qualification.
