The City of Fremantle is currently seeking to appoint a suitably experienced, motivated

and enthusiastic Urban Forest Officer to join our Urban Forest Service Team. You will be a

passionate team player that has a genuine interest in caring for and growing the City’s

Trees.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in the effective implementation of street and reserve tree planting and

maintenance programs.

• Provide a high standard of courteous and efficient service to internal and external

customers and stakeholders.To be considered for this position, you will need:

• Demonstrated experience in arboriculture, horticulture or other relevant discipline.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, mobile field technology and to

manage task specific information and technology systems.

• Ability to operate as an effective and productive team member.

• A current WA ‘C’ class driver’s licence.
